The Milyoti Gate got a new coat of paint!
Recently, the Zambian Nsefu Wildlife team completed painting of the interior and exterior of the Milyoti Gate. Big thanks to Stephen Chulu and David Nyirenda from Zikomo Safari.
Milyote Gate is the park entrance to the Nsefu Sector of South Luangwa National Park.
Our rangers are the main people guarding the gate.

Turning waste plastic into trash bins!
The Nsefu Wildlife Team in Zambia has started turning empty plastic water bottles into waste bins.
Plastic waste, particularly plastic water bottles, has become a major problem in the region. We're working with our friends in the local community to make sure that the region is free from liter and that we're butting these waste bottles to good use.
Sewing team makes new items!
The Nsefu Wildlife Sewing Team has started to make laptop bags and traveling duffle bags!

The new Boreholes are working!
The new borehole at Lunga Lagoon, has elephants and impala visiting to take advantage of the new source of water. The borehole is working very well and is filling up nearby depressions in the ground.
The borehole that was drilled with a generous donation from Gunnar, is now producing enough water for wildlife in the area.
